As we go with the flow of life, we find our SELF in an exciting time for humanity.  Presently we are an honored witness and participant in a great critical evolutionary leap in history.  Due to planetary alignments, our heart center is being flooded with Divine energies, inspiring us to heal our bodies, and deal with emotional blocks.

Political corruption and economic chaos bring us to a new vista.  We no longer accept dogmatic thinking, no longer follow rules that don't apply anymore, or stay in fruitless relationships/jobs that lead nowhere.  We don't accept through logical thinking, we are beginning to accept through the heart center; shifting from reason as process of knowing toward highest source of significance.

Time acceleration (higher vibrational energy) affects our body, mind, spirit ~  We quickly get exhausted & depleted.  It is imperative that we embrace  what is happening to us.  We need to take the necessary steps to stay up to par with the rapid changing world; become resilient.

Namaste ~ In my quest to know, I learned that...In September 2009 Earth shifted.  It is now taking a new position in the galaxy.  This brings Earth to emit a new and higher vibrational energy.  Our comprehension and desire to understand this, varies; we are all arriving at understanding what this means to us, at our own pace. 

Our job is to take responsibility to adjust Self with these new vibrational energies.  This higher vibrational energy, a more positive energy, is now floating through the atmosphere, facilitating a field of possibilities to create a new reality. 

Our current reality is crumbling  around us.  We find inner strength and understand that faith in our Self is essential right now, as we embrace these changes.  Approaching this concept with an open mind & heart, we arrive at understanding the significance  of making our body/mind/spirit congruent to this new energy.

We need to become clear and sure about our wishes and desires ; while living this higher energy that's emitted now is purifying & preparing, accepting new fresh ideas of old blue printed soul purposes.  We are setting new foundations for our new world.  It is time to ascend. This relies heavy on our faith in Self.  The submission of these energies will allow understanding and acceptance; what we need to do is choose to be willing and open for this huge change. 

Collective awareness will make this journey easier.  In order to help elevate Earth's vibration, we must understand that every breath I take, is one you exhaled.  Take responsibility for Self, without the influence of any body else.  Believe in Self; in our personal power and mental capacity to protect Self and adjust negative energies still floating in the atmosphere.

Showered in these 'loving' energies, the victory in the dual between light and darkness is  ours now.  Trust and finish the journey into the new world.  Now is the time to take a good look at what's going on, and decide to take a different route.   Find solitude, and sit in the energy of your highest truth.  This time is facilitating a shifting movement giving us momentum to move forward. 

The last blue moon on December 31 ~ 2009, has had its eclipse and its raw energy has come forth bright & fresh.  This new moon, 15 January 2010,  is a grand opportunity to anchor our deepest truths.  Recognize the strength that lies within our personal power and know that we will prevail this dark period.  We are now stepping into the light... go within and find your deepest truth; commit your Self to your personal vision, and trust that the energies will absorb this and that it will manifest gloriously.

IN GRATITUDE~

Namaste ~  I need to start off by showing my deepest gratitude toward the lost souls as of late in Haiti ~ their death is a huge sacrifice for humankind  to raise awareness.  The world is scrambling together to aid those in need, and more people are now aware of how this affects all of us; we are all one ~



Humanity finds itself in an evolutionary position; evolving into a higher vibration. We are inertia. A momentum has presented itself.  We are beginning to have new understanding of how we experience life.  We have a chance to shy away from a life based on fear & competition, and slip into the realm of the HEART; the residence of love, peace & harmony ~



Currently we are, congruent with the planet, cleansing & grounding.   We as humans can take time to reflect and visualize a better future; as we put our highest truth out into the universe,  we live and create our own destiny and become one with 'the source'. With our faith in Self we strengthen our desires, and allow prosperity & happiness to enter our lives.



We are beginning to realize that we have 'essence' ~ We project this and blend with other people's essence. Blending all energies into one. This is how we become aware of all that is.  Understanding and making change according to this new knowledge, creates this momentum.  The unified consciousness has enabled the new world to be born. 



This new understanding of heart based energies contributes to the rising of mass awareness, and yet...there is a long way to go.  Though ignorant and fear based energy is fading, there are still many people who are not feeling the 'oneness'. We need to pass the word, make our contributions and encourage our friends to do the same.  We can find vehicles through which we can make contributions to the universal understanding of oneness.

BECOME YOUR OWN GUIDE ~

Get to know Self, take pleasure in it . You'll find awareness creates growth. Realize this and it will enhance the way we are changing with more kindness toward earth itself.  We need to show respect to Earth; it has so much to offer: spiritually ( surrounding energies) , physically (food), visually (the beauty filled vistas), audibly (birdsong, the wind in the trees) ~ and on...



This chaos we are in, is a sign of change; a necessity in the purification process of Earth, to restore balance and harmony.  Balance Self with Earth ~ Work toward accepting your highest personal truth.



No evolution without revolution ~ revolt against Old World habit, truths, experiences...



The sooner we clean up our personal mess, the quicker these new vibrational energies can inhabit our realm.  Seek to sever everything that makes no sense in you heart.  Let go of fear & doubt, and begin to trust these new energies that cascade down on us. Remember these energies vibrate higher, and are closer to 'the light'...offering protection against darkness ( ignorance, doubt, fear) ~



Awareness is key.  Submission to, and embracing these energies will elevate understanding and integration.  Our souls have transcended to experience duality; now is the time to ascend (go home) ~

These higher vibrations will bring us to the next plateau.



For the last 50 years or so humanity has lifted its veils of ignorance and has tried to change course.

With enhanced collective awareness we will succeed to light up the darkness of naivete & ignorance.



We all have skills that have been dormant, hidden, existing as potential but never realized until now.  Now is the time to develop 'Self' to its highest form.  Project your inner visions into this new energy and trust that you will develop and manifest.

A RESURRECTION OF SELF ~



 ~ The natural world is a mirror of your own divine potential  ~



2010, the first cycle of which Planet Earth will begin to build and house the energy architecture that supports the Indigo Race Consciousness; its mission > group ascension ~



This new energy, as I am learning to understand, has higher octaves of 'blue ray' or 'turquoise ray' consciousness.  These higher vibrations are activating our pineal gland ( third eye) , making us more and more aware; shifting us away from old paradigm (that of polarities) and bringing focus on new thought (oneness) ~ Empower those around you ~ Don't compete with them ~



What I'm learning is that the 'Indigo' race, also referred to as the 'Oraphim', are keepers of the ascension code; they have more DNA strands. The 12 original and then 12 more > double helix, and sometimes even 6 more than that! They are stimulating general human gene code into a higher level of activation via reaching critical mass. This will eventually allow all of humanity to heal its DNA and begin remembering; regaining freedom, awareness and power.  Knowledge > awareness > evolution !



We stand on a threshold of the unknown, exciting times to be alive.  The last big shift in November 2009 is drastically changing our brain's neurochemistry.  The 'high octave' of galactic frequency is altering our relationship to the space/time field, which changes our perception of reality. Our brain wave state, and its related neurochemical functions, is changing our DNA structure; a foundational cellular shift in our bodies. Definitely not something to ignore.



Lately we have undergone a series of changes, a 'cleansing' process of our concepts of reality.  These changes affect us physically as well.   For instance, as our nervous system is affected, we will be tired faster and more often.  Allow this to happen. Embrace the changes.



Personally, I am embracing that 'confusion' is the theme for 2010; ascension waves are increasing because more people will become aware.~  What we need to remember most in this time of change is to take care of SELF body/mind/spirit ~  We need to stay healthy and adjust our lifestyle.  We need to slow down and absorb what's going on...

REBUILDING

Haiti is currently a focus; the country is in greater dismay than it already was, but when we look around us, and sometimes in the mirror too, we may recognize a similar situation > 'A place that needs to be rebuilt'  ~ congruent to Gaia, mother nature, Earth ~

Here is re-birth in action. Resurrection of Self.  The pain and suffering around us is a reflection.  All of us have come to a place of cleansing & new beginnings. With baby steps we can start walking in a different direction, lead by the heart. 

The world has come together, time and again, to stand 'bundled' against dark forces.  Each time the circle of awareness, the ripple, expands and reaches more people.  Making us more aware of our oneness.  Making us realize that we feel better when we empower each other.  The entertainment industry has realized its power and come to use it in a humanitarian manner. Showing us how to empower each other, reaching out.  This is saving the planet. They have reached a vast audience, and raised our collective awareness.

Take this wonderful opportunity, of the new fresh higher vibration, to actualize more harmony within (and around you).  As with any birth (or re-birth), remind Self that this comes paired with pain, confusion & frustration.  But in the end we will behold a new Self that is in harmony with the Universe. 

This year is clearly one of change and adjustment; our primary adjustment is to rid Self of 'fear' (fear lowers our vibration)~ This is no easy task considering the 'cleansing' process Earth is experiencing.

The world's outpour of Love & support to Haiti is a clear improvement of awareness and has elevated humanity (collectively) immensely.  We have come to a point of Love, it is what we have to share. Love is the driving force behind all these humanitarian actions and connexions.

Still ~ the first connexion starts @ heart center of Self.  Honor & Love your Self and you will be able to give others the honor and love they deserve.

CELEBRATE LIFE ~

Make life matter, taste the wonder of being alive. Get rid of fear and embrace being alive. Fear is lodged in the mind. Release it. Currently we are experiencing a karmic cleansing, a cleansing of the last several thousand years of buildup on the soul.  We are spiritual entities having a human experience, of duality and emotion, in its final stage.



Some of us feel a shift in understanding our life.  We are beginning to grasp the reality that the vibrational acceleration is activating dormant DNA strands.  What this means is that we will be left with a clearer understanding of our life and our place on earth; within us the eternal flame.  We know and understand that all is in 'divine order' and that we are divinity and the love and the order within this chaos we are currently in, all of humanity.  We also know that all is in a constant state of change and evolution.



The vibratory patterns of terror and fear are creating more emotional disharmony.  We must grasp that all is divinely in order in the cosmos of souls.  Difficult information but let it ring true in your hearts.  Many tools are now available to help us understand. Many of them free of charge. It is up to us to sift through and find what resonates within us and which we will embrace and reverberate back out into the ethers as truth.  A truth that will bend and take new form as our understanding and awareness in these days grow and become more crystalline.



We learn to open 'Universal Dialogue', recognizing the conscious will of Gaia and the relationship of human beings to the emotional and spiritual body of Planet Earth (Gaia) herself.



In the wake of Haiti's earth quake, the mass mind is awakening to how all the living are inextricably dependent upon the balanced energies of the Earth and this balance is determined by our thoughts & actions.



Perhaps we can  learn to see beauty in our selves when we remind  Self of the greatness of simply being human; stripped of pretense, religion,nation,status...  Remind Self of what we as humans are capable of in the most desperate hours of human trial & despair.   Then, we learn to see God is within each one of us.  In the light of Love that permeates every cell in our bodies. In the darkest hour we are reminded of our Godliness; the light inside our hearts.  In this way we become aware of our guardianship over our world.



Now, with the changes in vibrational energy, we are becoming aware of our soul purpose; we are remembering who we are and what we came here to do.  At this point we begin to fully realize that the omnipotent manipulation of others over our lives no longer works.  Human condition is exasperated and we are now forced to face the inequities that exist in the world.

14 Feb. 2010 ~HAPPY LOVE DAY TO ALL LIFE ~

Redefining our barriers will soon take on new meaning, as we will face the question of Alien Life. It is inevitable that Alien contact be made. It is up to us to respond with great objectivity and fearless curiosity.  We are aware of the vastness of the "Universe of the living", and with what diversity our galaxy is populated.  All is in Universal Order, everything is how it is meant to be.  If we can accept this, truly accept it in our heart, we will slowly lean into being comfortable with it.  There is a certain relax-ness to that, once that resonates as truth in the heart.

Changing our fears into curiosity will embrace the new life we will be made aware of sooner or later.  Energies are collecting around Gaia in support of her evolution which will bring all Universal families together again. 

We, as human beings, are part of that, as we have chosen to be here at this juncture, to witness and experience (partake) in this elevation.

Curiosity will open many possibilities of new connexions around the vast Galaxy.  We must shed our coat of "self righteous" and stand humble before the New World, as we move forward in our evolution. 

Humility,curiosity,love.  These are the energies with which we will welcome the New World and all it has to offer; know that all is well, this will empower us.

When we walk with Peace in our heart wherever we go, it will be reflected back to us; a connexion is made.  The Age Of Aquarius, is the age of Universal Love; we have to know and trust that Bliss awaits us.

We must prepare our Self for the moment we will be confronted with other Life.  We can no longer hold to the thought that life on Earth is the only life in the Vast Galaxy.  Much evidence to the contrary has risen, more so lately as we come closer to the actual moment where we will face what we consider "alien" life.  We will be confronted.

Know that the exchange of energies between us is that of LOVE.  And those who respond in fear will close the avenue of Love and will be unable to 'comprehend and process'  such a sacred moment.  We need to assimilate/be cognizant of this thrill.  We need to stay objective; we too have much to offer/share/contribute to this exchange.

It is the collective mind of humanity that will determine when the time is right as we become more aware and are centered, we loose our fear infested thinking and walk on curious & with our minds wide open.  The collective consciousness of human kind ripples forever through the cosmic seas of Universal MInd.  The vibration of our 'thinking' waves determines the vibratory nature of the matter upon which new energies will enter.  Let us pave the way with LOVE.  Let us bring our neighbor to the place where we make this beauty filled connexion.  The Auric field has been rapidly changing;  dimensions are bleeding into each other and energies of every level are passing through the portals.  Stay awake and aware, open the heart and embrace this new and exciting energy.  Our positivism will enable any 'alien' energy to enter our realm peaceful and with LOVE.



Humanity has reached its final shores.  As a race we are exasperated with the way things are and have been for much too long- time for change!



How we approach the unknown determines how extraordinary will be our celebratory experience upon meeting and blending the new energies.  Shift Fear to Wonder and understand the essence of this magical moment in time.  ANd, as we assimilate what is unfolding before our very eyes, let us stand in GRATITUDE, for it is an honor to witness, experience and partake in this quantum leap.

A bright light shines on our world, transcending time-space and density of our Universe.  This bight light, that pours through the cosmos of Soul, glitters in th conscious collective mind.  THis is the light that cuts through ignorance, this is the light that defies boundaries/limitation/separation...and as this light fills our hearts, we experience the wonder, laughter and joy of all existence.

Let us bask in this light, where darkness NEVER AGAIN can cloud the soul's determined climb along the perilous journey back to Source.  Strum the cords of your heart along with Gaia; her song ringing throughout the Universe. This is the music of the spheres.  Tune your heart to Earth's ringing of these fabulous new frequencies.

TAKE YOUR TIME



Sky showers bouquets of moonbeams down on us, nightly. New Moon in Aquarius, on 13 Feb, activated our creative potential, opened our spiritual connexion with Earth/Gaia ~ The Central Goddess.  Connect to the Source now; feel love, creative energies, compassion. 

This is the Mother Load, the Highest Source of compassionate energy. Break down the walls of ignorance inside Self; step into this New World; put your Self in harmony with nature.

Expand and express your Self, strengthen and balance. Perhaps we can silence Ego enough to hear the heart's song, leading us along this new path.  Allow rebirth inside Self, and experience the beauty, the invigorating  energies that aid in visualizing new ways to create structure in our world.

This period is chaotic, and we may feel undirected while we loosen and allow these creative energies to permeate; it might help to remember after chaos comes change!

Through this chaos we are learning to 'rise above' and discover new ways to handle negative energies with our collective thoughts & actions.

As we stay centered, our Self will not waver, we are safe. Here we realize that we are on the threshold of the NEW WORLD with its new energies, and what needs to happen is that we walk on, bringing only with us the significance we gained of each of our lessons in the past.

Awareness has moved us from an innocent babe to a full grown; the light getting stronger annihilating darkness (ignorance/not knowing) ~

Hold on to this bright light, feel its power, trust that with this energy surge, full potential can be realized.  Change fear into curiosity and find out!  Embrace these new energies that sustain us while we transform into the higher vibrational energies.

We are changing on many levels, including cellularly ( our cells are transforming themselves into this higher vibration) ~  allow Self time to acclimate.

BIG CHANGES inside SELF



The human mind is undergoing radical change, bringing about a psychological revolution, spiraling inward. This in turn will bring about a much needed major social change; our corrupt society, with its vast injustice, wars, brutality & violence, no longer holds valid to those of us who have graduated to a higher level thinking.



We realize that there is no division.  We are all one.  This in the world, but also in the human mind we can create this space.  Exercising the current energy of compassion, we can examine objectivity and with clarity, our need for change. Start with our own psyche, start the revolution right there!



TIme to stop clinging to cultural conditioning, let go of convictions, traditions and ideals that no longer ring true in the heart; exercise the freedom to observe.  Observing what goes on in life, we realize that the beginning of change has to be with Self; in our own mind.  Radical change starts when we realize that we have been conditioned by time, culture, various influences, religious training ... THE PAST ~ 



Observing through the heart we realize change is the most obvious necessary next step.  The energies that currently surround Gaia, facilitate the momentum to make this change; on a personal level first,  then rippling into >> our community >> our world.



First we need to free our mind from effort; effort implies suppression/adjustment/resistance; step into the 'path of least resistance'  ~ . With our new sharp, clear mind we can let go of prejudices, conclusions, false beliefs;  these no longer capture us.  We start thinking for our Self;  we have been fed by 'other' for so long that we have become,  what J.Krishnamurti  calls  "second hand human beings " ~



Now we are challenging Self to think different; to stop the battle of becoming, of achieving.  We rest the mind in 'no effort' ~ learning through observations, creating a place where there is freedom to exist in the moment.  When we observe what is, not what should be,  we can deal with present reality.



Conflict exists when there is division; outwardly but also inwardly.  A mind that is burdened, in conflict, is a distorted mind, one that can not think clearly.  Learn to understand your Self not only through mind, but also through body & spirit via the heart center~ YOUR heart center.  Allow Self the freedom to see completely the falseness of following old ideologies & beliefs, of obedience into this authority that holds no truth.  We obey to achieve ( remember this implies >>>effort >>>suppression/adjustment/resistance?)  ~



We find a way to live in freedom, without any effort. Living a life that has significance in itself.  Knowing that we can never find out what truth is to Self, while conditioned by others  we >> find out, examine, discover for our Self ~



While we empty the mind completely, we find a place where there is the freedom to look (observe) ...our truth is right where we are!  Now look at your truth  without labels & images, do not divide the mind. If you stay attentive, present, there is no image forming >>>  there is no division.

When we stay awake, in complete present moment awareness, we reside in a place without conflict; a place that is in harmony.  Accepting what is, for what it is; complete in every action.  Not responding or reacting, or being contradictory.  Existing blissfully ~  Harmoniously & in accordance with nature ~

*** 9 APRIL 2010 ~WITH REGARDS TO FREEDOM ~



According to Osho, a contemporary philosopher, freedom is a three dimensional phenomenon:

     ~ "Freedom means the capability to say yes when yes is needed, to say no when no is needed, and sometimes to keep quiet when nothing is needed - to be silent, not to say anything.  When all these dimensions are available, there is freedom." ~



I recently read some works by Osho, and feel congruency to his philosophy ~ Allow me to indulge you with his knowledge...



Unfortunately all conditioning starts with family;  automatically gives us as an inheritance the past, with all its burdens and wrongdoings.  





If we can get rid of all "collectivity" labels, and stand alone, rooted in our natural, existential SELF, we find a place where we are ultimately pure ~ like a new borne babe.  Peeling all layers of conditioning; underneath it we find pure essence of Self, repressed and hidden. We need to step back to that purity; that innocent consciousness, and center Self there. To be;  just like that, in silence, serenity and bliss.



There comes a moment where we start taking responsibility for our Self, totally accepting Self as is, with its joys & sorrows, because we begin to understand the nature of things.  Here we grasp the idea behind all rules that society has bestowed upon us from day one.  Forced to control the masses; a place with labels and rules, where there is no room for evolution & growth.  



It is time to recognize that we are capable of being individuals who are awake & aware.  Using the alchemy of inner transformation, we quietly start growing our own consciousness.  We need to realize that 'private property', which started with the possesion of women, is outdated.  



We are creating a new world; an international commune, where we can enjoy being alive equally.  Where each person can grow and prosper in their individuality ~ while staying connected as a whole, interdependent.



Let's be still like a root, and grow !   In this place we can become familiar with the silence that imbues our inner being. In this silence, where we are constantly rejuvenated, we find our love and beauty, our aura: the strength to our individuality ~ our respect for Self. Quietly we change, starting with our Self and sharing our methods; we will find new ways of togetherness, via our heart energies.

 

Dogmatic behavior has brought us to a plateau where we no longer recognize nor trust  the power of the government, the church, our leaders, our system.  When we look around we see only chaos.  Now is the time to trust Self; become veracious to Self.  Annihilate authoritarianism; understand its difference from authority.  To speak with authority means having the experience, but not forcing acceptance ~  Every one is free to decide on their own.  Every one has their own path to choose; using each obstacle as a stepping stone.



We are  free to discover life on our own, create our own world.  The better it feels in our heart, the closer we are to being pure Self. Become a silent observant, and change that which feels incongruous.  This is a path to individual freedom.  Free to explore our innermost Self unencumbered.   Free to plunge into the depths of our being & soar to the heights of our consciousness.   Challenge Self to grow to its ultimate peak of expression.

take the FREEDOM  to find Self~



It seems rather easy to allow Self to throw Life's responsibility to something non existent; god, fate, destiny; and cling to that stiffly ~   yet, for individual growth we need to take individual responsibility for our actions.  When we totally accept our own actions, we take a freedom. We stand away from conditioned behavior and tap into our true essence, navigated & directed by our heart. 



Fear appears to be a huge hindrance, but shame is another energy that lurks in the corners of our minds, shame in being our true Self.  Humans are the only animal that is lost,  intrinsically disconnected ~  Stressed out by societal demands we have lost our way to Self; we are disconnected from our own personal source of energy ~



There is a way out !  Where we need to go is a place of  silence, so that we can tune our hearts to truth, all the answers are in out hearts. We need to learn to listen and allow Heart to speak, recognize its messages.  In this place there are no insurances,  there is no security or safety ~ this is a place of not knowing, of standing in the moment, in awe, experiencing the essence of Self, with one moment folding into the next ~ A risk worth taking ~ when one is in tune with one's Self, all things fall into place. Life is synchronized.



We are a unique species, and should be proud of it.  All animals are born complete, whereas we humans are born as "POTENTIAL" ~  searching for the right moment to express, where we choose freedom ~ to be fully alive, to create, to express; living in totality ~



To get there, we need to let go of the past.  In doing so we make room for discovery of Self; our inner light will shine bright, as the ultimate source of our authentic values.  Once we surrender, we become aware of our primary obligation to Self; to realize our full potential.  This is where joy resides, as a vision that grows inside Self. 

When this movement takes place, we transform into a unique individual, shattering  past in order to create new ~ closest to the heart's desires...

Today we find our Self at a point in time of limbo; we have arrived at a point between old world thinking and new world thinking. 

We have outgrown old patterns . The scales of human awareness is tipping; those of us who project a longing for a new world are growing.  And by the Law of Attraction, the Universe responds.

We are making this decision 'en masse', having the capability and the free choice to create love & balance in our world; to live in harmony.

Recognize forgiveness, for Self, for others, for past.  Evolve the body/mind/spirit to a higher level thinking.  Understanding, now, that our greed and ignorance have brought us to a place we do not like.  Currently, world experiences show a continued learning plateau. 

We can step into oneness, now.  Our consciousness makes us aware of the immeasurable tapestry we weave as a human race; each of us an equal important thread, connecting humanity into boundless timelessness.

Now is a time to recognize & respect  Earth/ Gaia and her abundance of divine, life giving, nourishing energies and powers.  Now is the time to find alternative, creative solutions to our problems and start reflecting the harmony we find in nature, where all is one and yet all is individual; interdependent. 

Now is a time to step into life spiritually and connect through the heart.

A bright future lies around the corner; awaits us, now.  Let go of old ways, old behavior, stale situations.  Recognize its pale existence.  Give in to the new divine energies that currently surround us >>>Mother nature still provides, regardless her suffrage from  the harm we impose.

Gaia, through emotional expression (the weather)  she exposes her imbalance; stripped of her lungs (the forrest) and robbed of her blood (oil).  Yet, still providing; while showing us  courage, strength, perseverance and trust. Now is a time to reflect back and visualize a brighter future.  Reconnect your Astral body with Earth/Gaia and go with the flow of the new world.

Galactic/Astral shifts support these energies.  Take this divine energy; this is the essence of the Age Of Aquarius.

By staying honest and spiritually motivated, we can create stability in our hearts and in our environment.  This is the way of the New World: love, harmony, empowerment; we are all one. Burn with intense inquiry and find the sunrise! Seek peace, peacefully ~

OUR (changing) DNA ~

It is scientifically proven that only two things posses the same energy in our atmosphere...that being our energy and that of the EARTH. 

A great shift has taken place, vibrational energy has accelerated; new energies are floating in the atmosphere.  Naturally this affects all of us, wether we are aware or not.  Awareness will alleviate suffering, and assist Gaia in her ascension.  But regardless, this is actuality, reality, and definitely taking place now.  While living from the heart we will recognize this truth.

Humans exist as part of the Earth, much like a baby in a womb; mother being its outer world- Gaia being our outer world; our Mother. Our morphogenetic field ( which holds our blueprint) exists as part of the larger morphogenetic field of Mother Earth. 

The human grid inherits what happens to Earth's energetic grid; the (Earth's) distortions have, over time ( thousands of years) ,  blocked humans from bringing light (from the Higher Source) into their energy fields, hence blocked humans from naturally evolving through DNA activation.  Most people on Earth still have only 3 strands of DNA active; which allows for only 3D consciousness.

Because we currently find our Self in the Ascension cycle, we have the ability to regenerate our original organic imprint for health.  Now Earth's auric field is speeding up in pulsation rhythm, in preparation for the shift of ascension.  Our evolution is directly linked to Earth; and now humanity can raise its own frequency, bring more light into the auric field, by DNA activation.  This will result in the removal of energetic blockages.

Become more conscious of the connection to Earth and its energy field, raise awareness of everything, every subtlety.  Activate the dormant strands of DNA and assist Gaia in ascension.  Detoxify your system from mental and emotional issues and experience a new sense of confidence and trust.  Allow Self to connect to Divine Source, while that which is desired manifests.

Use of intuition will become easier and while you bring more light into your auric field, you increase your frequency, attracting (by Law of attraction) other people and situations with similar frequency.  Carefully construct your New World by holding an image in your mind of your desires, and releasing it into the universal auric field.

We live and breathe as one; humans & earth; our desires and intentions will be responded to and manifest.  Cleanse your aura and clear your karmic energy now, and help visualize a better world.

We are now in a reconstructing phase; laying new foundations for our Self and our world.  With this thrust we ground Self and deepen our connection within the New Earth. This reconstruction is supported and divinely orchestrated.  Divine (higher vibrational) energies surround us now, facilitating the opening of Heart Center. (4th chakra) ~ As time progresses our individual new reality will grow and our soul's purpose will become evident. 

There is a constant flow of bliss, intelligence and knowledge.  Open the mind and tap into this natural, unlimited energy.  Liberate Self, let go of fear and channel this transformative, life giving energy through all your energy centers; all chakra's.

Together we can create a new grid for this new earth, by living from the heart; a place where feelings and emotions reside.  The HEART is the ultimate place for navigation. 

The future is fluid and constantly changing.  It is created by words, emotion and deeds; the atmosphere is made up of cosmic particles that respond to our thinking.  Choose to be happy, tap into higher vibration; it is available; use your divine mind and expand your consciousness.  Train you Self to observe thought, letting go of old beliefs.  Choose your focus; what is true and what is not.  Immerse your Self into what/how you want to be; act that way, feel it, be it.  Inspire and honor Self; and remember BLISS is the true nature of your soul.

BURNING @ HEART CENTER



Often times we neglect our authenticity and pose as some one other than our pure Self.  We express, grow, show ambition according to some one other than Self.  Is there shame or fear lurking in this corner?  It's breathing heavy.  Preventing us from tapping into the energies of Self Love & Honor. 

The function of our Heart is to be a bridge between us and our Self.  Cross that bridge and find core; the residence of pure essence.  Go there, don't hide true beliefs behind others'.  Some one else's experience is dictating this feeling.

Awakening produces change.

This full moon burned with hot fire.  This fabulous energy has two sides. ( the yin & yang) ~ While on the one hand we burn with optimism & enthusiasm, inspired to take on creative adventures with confidence, on the other hand we need to absorb & assimilate the arrogant, willful, aggressive, impulsive nervous tension that often comes with a  fiery full moon.

Aware of our FREE CHOICE, we can channel these energies properly.  Use the mind more efficient, as a tool and not a dictator, much like a computer, shut it off and devote time becoming still and looking inward. 

Heart navigates our journey on this planet Earth. Heart is the speaker of our soul, where all things resonate pure truth. Get to know true Self.  This full moon's energies are all about the mind, facilitating opportunities for expansion, awareness, understanding.  Readjust and assimilate new realities...open to all possibility, open to not knowing.

Learning to communicate with Self will lead to better communication with others. 

This full moon created tension; it is a major turning point, a time to take action.  Find your depth and raise Soul to its highest potential; become conscious about where you focus your energies.  Connecting to the Divine Higher Self, the god/goddess, in you will properly nurture Mind and yield to the wisdom to heal Self & Earth. Inside Heart lies our true passion, this will lead to the knowledge and wisdom to raise Soul to its fullest potential, its brightest light shining.  Imagine that energy!

This is a time of emotional rebirth. Now is a time to remain our authentic Self when stepping into relation with others; assimilate our new reality.  Universal breath provides the essence of integrity, dignity, and honor to guide Self to its highest vibration. Bring on the light of truth and shatter old molds; realize what energizes you and make it a priority in life to nourish your unique original Self.

Life for us humans is a matter of being, not becoming. Being means 'still, accepting, non ambitious' ~ while becoming points to 'action, achieving, ambition'.  Truth has not to be achieved, but accepted, integrated, aligned, assimilated.  Truth is radiant ~

Time has arrived to open the mind wide enough for acceptance of Higher Intelligence, beyond Earth.  Native wisdom keepers, elders, have shared the pressing need to understand the importance of their messages.  What we are being told is to remember our original Self. This has faded over thousands of years.  We need to remind Self, that we are creators , we are all Gods/Goddess within our Self. Each of us the great  'I AM' ~

Earth is sacred, revered & loved very much by our great Galaxy.  We are the chosen ones, the strongest of the strong, to assist Gaia in her ascension.  We have chosen to be here and now.  Blessed we are to witness & assist Earth coming into her full glory.

The current world situation ( the chaos) is what will create the change.  All things incongruent with nature and its laws, is falling apart; all corrupt institutions & behaviors, all our forced beliefs,  are crumbling. This chaos creates the space for new ways, new laws, in a new world.  Panic and worry are not necessary, we need to embrace the chaos to create this gap.  Religion & government separates us, but can no longer rule us.  It has failed; their current  exposure is our evidence. This is our blessing.  Now we can re build self sustaining communities, new environments.



When we raise our consciousness, we can begin this journey. 



First thing to understand and know is the Higher Knowing Field.  Secondly, we have to remember that history is the evolution of 'thought' ~ Next we remind Self that all things are alive with energy. This energy is sacred, it is keeping us alive.  Find a better way to exchange this energy.  Not giving it away to others, or let others take it from us (interaction).  We can always replenish our system (bodies) with Nature's abundance. Know that nature resonates in the heart, filling us up with Life energy.  A sunset, a sunrise : these are the most precious moments to refill.  Fill your Self up with Life and stop taking from others.  Only your energy matters to you.  Decide for your Self: why are you here? Recognize your Higher Self.  Dreams & thoughts are your guides; pay attention and listen to your Higher Self, it is sending information constantly. 

Most importantly >>> do NOT become addicted to other human beings; this will stop your growth.  Love one another, but don't become addicted.  Their thinking will take away your destiny.  Don't tamper with others' dreams; love and support them.  Through LOVE our dreams will come true, and we can create a new life.        (These are some of the messages from the elders)



Currently we are undergoing the process of ascension; vibrations are picking up rapidly.  Earth (Gaia) is fed an overflow of sunlight, which transforms into vibration, energy, and information.  This in turn raises our frequency ( vibration) and raises our consciousness.  We now have a period of adjustment.

The recent ( May 24-27- 2010) CME ( Coronal Mass Ejection) flooded Earth with overflowing energy and vibration.   Though this created havoc (burnt satellites/field crops), it also gives us a glimpse of the 'flow' after 2012, when Gaia (Earth) is settled in her new perfection.  These vibrations resonate in our brain; this is inevitable (with or without awareness). This chaos will ascend us to the next dimensional level, and create the New World.

At a micro cellular level we humans are made of light, we are 'light bodies'.  The density of this light, which is also vibration, keeps us grounded in our physical form.  Unfortunately it also keeps us detached from 'reality' and 'communication with Higher realms'.

Light is a medium we use to store all of our life's experiences and information;  the body is a  kind of 'hard drive' for  all we learn and know.  This LIGHT is pure vibration, storing information.  Dimensional levels are layers of vibration and light.  As the vibration of molecules is raised, and the frequency becomes high enough, it will approach the next dimension.  What we need to remember is that anything physically solid, is not as solid as we perceive it; It is light in its densest form.  Unfortunately we humans are a little closed minded to the realities we can not see.  So this is a difficult time right now.  If we stop for a moment, and think of the infrared, ultra violet, gamma, X-ray...these are all higher frequencies (vibrations) of light.    Though they fall outside of the human visual light spectrum, we learned to understand and accept this reality existing in an unseen human world. 

For us humans: cells equal light, light equals vibration & information, and vibration equals dimension and greater knowledge, as more experiences are stored within each layer of this unseen world.  We are electrical beings at our core, this vibration & energy is measured in the form of AURA ( the electrical field around us) Our vibration, energy and all the colors of the light spectrum around a person can be monitored, studied, and mapped.

Things to remember: What raises this vibration is the emotions of empathy, love and compassion; these will send a surge of electricity through the body. What lowers this vibration  (keeping you in the dense physical form) is the emotions attached to anger, hatred, greed and jealousy.  All this can be measured.

Now is the time to leave these lower vibrations, and come into the realm of higher knowledge, vibration and dimension; reaching for the next highest plane of existence.

Keeping your eye on your energy

We live immersed in oscillating energy fields, patterns of emotion.

Everything is energy. 

Sound,the cohesion of these energies, turns energy into form.



We think and feel and it creates a vibration, a subtle sound.  Earth emits energy as well. These high frequency waves Earth sends out, scientists call the Schumann Resonance; it is Gaia's breath.  It is scientifically proven that the Schumann Resonance directly links to the heart of Alpha Brain Waves (electro magnetic  oscillations in humans).



Humans are constantly bathed in Earth's natural frequency.  Currently Earth's vibrations are accelerating , resulting in change  of our personal frequency as well.  The faster energy vibrates, the more information it contains. Our brain waves resonate this; better so when we connect to, and assimilate these new energies.



Acquiesce to Higher Consciousness, develop a spiritual practice that reflects  invested energy daily. Align with the Highest Truth.   In meditation we slow down to the Universal breath, internally we tap into the mind of the planet, and become one with nature...its pulse dictates 'all that is'.



We are an  'energy body' containing a vast database of stored experiences, spent energies. Every organ in our body responds to this sound vibration. For optimum health we need to investigate our energy daily; open up and cleanse  the 7 main energy centers, the chakra's.  These centers store and allot our energy. This astral spine, an extension of the sub conscious mind, where energy flows through the central nervous system, corresponds to the spinal plexuses ( in the physical body), from which nerves branch out to bestow energy throughout the body. 



When we raise our consciousness, the energy begins to flow upward in the spine.  We can do this by  bringing the body to an Alpha state (via meditation) ~ Alpha  being the prelude, the first and original rhythm, stemming from the source. A prerequisite to connect with Gaia breath.  While in this slow breathing presence, we can internally contemplate the body's energy field, while at the same time fill our Self up on Gaia's resonance.  Keeping each energy center healthy will result in a strong connexion with the main source.  All thought, feeling, memory is encoded and stored in these energy centers, the Chakras.  Investigate the body daily, listen to its energy; determine its use.   ~

21 AUGUST 2010 ~ Cleansing your chakra's at night

In the evening the personal energy body scan takes a reverse route.  Sometimes we notice an imbalance, or blocked chakra; it helps to clear this area by visualizing cleansing light pouring in.



At evening we prepare to release our  body, mind, spirit  to the transcendental nocturnal energies.  Another important moment to scan and cleanse the  energy centers.  Reminding Self that these centers process the spiritual energy that becomes our aura.



Using breath as our guide, we start our scan at the 7th chakra, and work our way down.  Sehasrara connects our energy  directly with spiritual guidance. At the crown we find our Self in gratitude, aware of all the divinely orchestrated gifts showered down during the course of day.  Any blockage here will manifest as psychological issues. Gemstones related to this chakra are Clear & Rutilated Quartz, Amethyst, Lolite and Tanzanite



Moving down to Ajna ~  6th chakra; third eye, the seat of intuition.  A deep breath will lead us along the pathway to wisdom, facilitating our learning experiences.  Here we concentrate on releasing our desire to know ( why things happen) and the need to have our expectations met.  Blockage here will manifest as eye or sinus issues. Some Gemstones to balance this chakra are Lapis Lazuli, Azurite, Blue Sapphire.



Deep breath moves our attention to Visshudha (5th) chakra.  Located @ the throat, this center of will, reviews the choices made during the course of the day. Here we surrender to Divine will.  Any obstructions here manifests in the throat, or as communication issues with others. Turquoise, Aquamarine, Azurite and Chrysocolla are Gems that are beneficial to this area.



With slow breath we scan the Heart, our 4th chakra energy center.  The place our emotions waltzed through all day.  The residence of abundant love.  Reflect on your ability to express love & compassion. Honor the moment and  be open to learn  more about love while asleep.  Blockages here manifest as heart issues or problems with the immune system. Aventurine, Emerald and Rose Quartz , are some of the Gemstones related to this chakra.



Scanning down to 3rd chakra, Manipura, @ the Solar Plexus, we find out our feelings about Self.   Reflecting here will revive our vitality, and restore our sense of control.  Take a moment and ask for guidance on your divine role.  Here we accept and honor Self; re energize this area!  Some Gemstones associated here are Citrine &Topaz to open the chakra, and Amber & Moonstone to subdue.



When we move our attention down to 2nd chakra, the sexual, sacral, Svadhisthana,  we remind Self that this is our center of fear & anxiety; our 'nervous energy 'center, where we store stress, fear & anger.  Focus attention here and cleanse this energy daily as it also holds the energies stored from our interactions with others. We re energize this center by celebrating our creativity, blessing our gifts.  When we change our fears to curiosity, we discover true authenticity.  Rubi, Carnelian & Citrine are some of the Gems that affect this chakra, as are Jade & Quartz.



 At last we bring our attention to the root chakra.  Muladhara connects us directly to Earth, Gaia.  Grounding and instinctual feelings permeate. Garnet, Ruby & Bloodstone facilitate clearing, while Hematite, Black Tourmaline& Smoky Quartz help subdue exasperated energies at this root center. Finish the day connected with the force of nature; its abundance, acceptance and appreciation penetrates every cell.  Take a deep breath of this life force.  Connect to this divine energy, and consciously prepare for the nocturnal journey. 



Rest Body & Mind and allow Spirit to drift.
